This presentation will provide a practical overview of the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board’s new Commercial, Industrial, and Institutional (CII) stormwater discharge permit and the compliance process for commercial and industrial properties with five acres or more of impervious surfaces located within the Dominguez Channel/Los Angeles and Long Beach Inner Harbor Watershed and the Los Cerritos Channel/Alamitos Bay Watershed. The online presentation will also help property owners and industry professionals better understand which properties may be subject to the permit, key compliance timelines, and requirements involving stormwater pollution prevention planning, runoff sampling, and available compliance options.
